Instructions for viewing schedules on bcmneuro.com

Bcmneuro.com can be used without a login/password; however, in order to see the full contact information for faculty/fellows/technicians, you have to register (you can create an account easily by clicking on the “Register” button at the top right of the window) and sign in. Contact Zulfi Haneef (zulfi.haneef@bcm.edu) with any account-related questions. If bcmneuro.com does not work on Chrome, try a different browser such as Microsoft Edge.

1. From the top menu, click on Schedules à BCM Neuro
2. Click on the first Drop-Down menu to view the main schedule options (details for each are below):

On Call Team: see the on-call faculty, fellow, BSL tech, VA tech and BT tech
St. Luke’s/Ben Taub: see the faculty reading for EMU, EEG, and IOM at BSL
VA: see the faculty reading for EMU, EEG, Clinic, VA service, CNP/Epi fellow, and clinic fellow
Fellow: see the fellows reading daily for EMU/EEG at BSL/VA
Fellow Wkly: see all the fellows rotations by week

3. On Call Team: current day is in orange text. Phone numbers are listed after login.
4.St. Luke’s/Ben Taub: current day is in orange text. Only faculty are listed for coverage of EMU and AM vs PM shifts for EEG/IOM. This information is pulled directly from the master schedule on the H: drive.
5. VA: current day is in orange text. Faculty and fellows on inpatient/outpatient services are listed as noted below. Note: if only one fellow listed, then the fellow covers both EMU and EEG.
6. Fellow: This is the best view to quickly see which fellow is reading in the morning vs afternoon. In this example, on Thu, 1/20/22, there is no fellow reading EEGs in the AM (SL NP AM), but Kengen is reading in the afternoon (SL NP PM) after spending the morning at McNair performing EMGs (McN EMG AM). Normally, the EMU fellow would go to the McNair seizure clinic, but Veerapaneni has his VA continuity clinic on Thurs afternoon, so he will not be at McNair in the afternoon like he was Mon-Wed. Mohanty is the only fellow at the VA so he is covering both EEG and EMU studies. Finally, there is an outside rotator attending the VA AM clinic, so the VA fellow (Mohanty) is not expected to go to clinic on Thurs AM.
7. Fellow Wkly: (changing the second dropdown from week to month): this is the best schedule for fellows to see their own week-to-week schedule.

For any questions/inconsistencies/errors on the site, please contact Zulfi Haneef (zulfi.haneef@bcm.edu) or Atul Maheshwari (atul.maheshwari@bcm.edu).
